The old blog is now forwarding to this blog

In case you didn't see, I have moved my blog to a new url and new engine. I'm phasing out the old blog, located at blog.hanfordlemoore.com in favor of this one. Today I turned on forwarding for the site itself.

Links to individual posts will forward on correctly to the proper post on the new blog. All other legit pages on the old blog will forward to the new homepage. This means people who bookmarked things like tag indexes won't see what they're used to. Still, I think this covers the majority of use cases.

The only thing that is not yet forwarding are the feed pages. I am pretty shaky with feeds, and I wanted to post a note to the old blog, using the old feed code, to let subscribers know that the blog is moving, and give people some time to change their readers. That way when I turn on forwarding of feeds, if the new site feed has some shitty glitch that keeps some feedreaders from recognizing it, there will be a better chance for subscribers to be aware of this and notify me.

Note: RSS feeds for tags, and the ability to read a tag like a blog in itself, are coming. Give me some time. :)
